He did great!

I am so proud! What a great run!

Dear God

it's happened. John has lost his final marble. Not that I am not thrilled about it rather I am just shocked beyond belief. We are starting a 9 week training session...tonight...that includes running. Love it! he just walked in...time to get going before he changes his mind!

15 days to go

We have 15 days until Christmas is here and I am just about done but still feel like I have a million things to do. I can't tell you how tempted I am to call in sick or quit my job just to get things done. It is incredible how much for granted I took my last job. How much I could get accomplished during the day when the kids were napping/resting at my house. I don't have that anymore.

So my evenings are torn between running a kid here or there, should I go to the gym, well heck we need groceries, when can I sit down?

I don't know what it means to relax right now.

I only have 7 more working days and then I am done for the year. I guess that is a huge plus...although for break I have a whole other "i need to get this finished" list ;-) I will rest when I am dead I guess....

Lifesaver

Ok so Ms Whineypants wasn't at school today (yeah me)! And scarily enough my day went pretty well and without any major problems. Makes me uneasy without knowing what is going to hit me next week.

I am doing the official countdown of 8 days until the end of school for this year. I am so excited....although I know what is going to happen, I am going to miss the kids. Thank goodness my vacation is so short that I won't have to miss them too long.

Yes, I am being very sarcastic. The only part that makes me nervous is that those darn parents are going to undo everything that I have managed to set in place for the past few months.

I am not looking forward to Jan 4th ;-)

Ms Holly???

There are some days at work that the kids say my name once and wait for me to respond...yesterday was not one of those days.

I must have heard Ms Holly about 1000 times per minute per child.

Today I have the little girl who is known for saying my name even more than that. She is a Tuesday/Thursday girl so I get a reprieve on the other days. She is an adorable little girl....picture perfect....and then she opens her mouth. She has the whiniest voice ever.....EVER. And she says my name 1000 per second.

There are days that I come home to John and the kids and tell them to call me anything but my name. Mom, Mommy, Hon, Sweetheart.....hell, John could even call me his girlfriends name and I wouldn't care.

So I am going to work today with the ear plugs in!
